| | Resumen: | El presente estudio pretende estandarizar el método de Biuret para cuantificar proteínas totales en sueros antibotrópicos polivalentes. Se estudiaron los siguientes parámetros: linealidad, exactitud, precisión, límite de detección y cuantificación. El valor del coeficiente de correlación (0,996 tanto para linealidad del método y del sistema); coeficiente de determinación (0,992 y 0,993 para linealidad del sistema y del método respectivamente). La recuperación lograda en los tres niveles trabajados (98,86%), la recuperación por niveles (99,73; 97,51 y 99,34%). El coeficiente de variación de la precisión del sistema (4,51), nos señala una falta de precisión a este nivel. Sin embargo, respecto a la precisión del método un coeficiente de variación en los tres niveles trabajados (2,81) y por cada nivel (3,69, 3,38 y 1,55), por debajo del valor especificado nos demuestra una concordancia de los resultados. (AU)^iesThis work is a pilot who tries to standardize the biuret method to quantify total protein in serum antibotrópicos versatile. We studied the following parameters: Linearity, accuracy, precision, limit of detection and quantification. The value of correlation coefficient (0,996 to linearity sistem and linearity method), coefficient of determination (0,992 and 0,993 to linearity system and linearity method) and statistical tests at (r, b y a) indicate that method is linear. The recovery achieved in the nine working standards (98.86%), the recovery levels (99.73, 97.51 y 99.34%), and statistical tests show that the method is accurate. The coefficient of variation of repeatability of the wing system (4.51), we noted a lack of precision at this level but regarding the repeatability of the method a coefficient of variation at all three levels worked (2.81) and for each level (3.69, 3.38 and 1.55), below the specified value has shown a consistency of results. The detection limit and quantification allows us to have a precedent it could detect and quantify the method under study. (AU)^ien.
